I wanted to write to you today to thank you so much for your coaching sessions so far and to acknowledge the enormous impact that they have had on my emotional well-being.
More recently, we have been working together to explore the limiting beliefs that I have around my goal in much greater depth.
Your extremely intuitive questioning and non-judgemental approach have helped me to begin to challenge certain ingrained thought patterns that can often lead to self-sabotaging behaviour, often frustratingly taking me further from my goal.
As a result of these more in-depth sessions, I am already experiencing greater clarity in my thought processes and have been able to acknowledge and question any limiting beliefs as they arise. I feel that my day-to-day life and relationships are benefiting a great deal from this.
I sought out coaching because I was stuck in a post-motherhood career rut and was struggling to get past an ever revolving list of things that "needed to be done" before I could make a decision and start doing something. I had done coaching before and knew that having the space and time to think only about myself is a really useful and valuable thing, and having someone without any personal investment in my decisions to support me and hold me to account is high on essential. Coaching has reminded me that "the answers" are within me, I just need a little help to listen to myself when the subject is me.
Right from the first session Anne-Mette guided me to pin down where I see myself in my ideal future and what I can do to get myself there. She encouraged me to take the leap and get back into the workshop to test my skills and re-establish my confidence that I can do it. She challenged me to have potentially uncomfortable conversations, and to have confidence in myself and my position whilst having them.
Within a couple of months I am back doing something that brings me real pleasure, with the confidence to dedicate myself to making it work as a career. . More than 4 years into motherhood this feels like a ridiculously quick breakthrough !
My coaching sessions with Anne-Mette really helped me re-establish what I want to achieve in life, step by step: what this means for me in 10 years, 5 years, by the time I leave university in one year, and what that means for me this coming week and the next. She really made me question a lot of things about myself and my outlook and desires, dig deep and pull answers out of me I didn’t know I had.
In addition to getting me thinking more than ever before and really helping me to find out more about myself, Anne-Mette also worked with me to devise practical solutions/ways forward to better myself in every time frame, sometimes working backwards from larger, longer term goals but also helping me practically with the week ahead, and next steps. After my last coaching session, I felt motivated, re-energised, confident and extremely positive about myself, my ambitions, my productivity and just my overall general well-being and outlook. I recently had an introductory coaching session with Anne-Mette. She has a gently encouraging coaching style which allowed me to relax and engage with the process. During the session, I was able to think more clearly about my options and see them in different ways. Anne-Mette helped me to devise a follow-up exercise, which I have been practising daily, that has really helped me to think more positively. The session itself helped me to make decisions about lifestyle and career questions that I have been wrestling with for some time. I would recommend her to anyone else who is struggling with a difficult decision or needs to build confidence.
Since having Anne-Mette I have seen a tremendous change in the way i approach certain, ventures. I feel so much more clearly about my thoughts on what i want to do with myself and who I want to be, but even more importantly I know why I am doing the things I am. I have been able to take massive action due to the coaching session we have and through the bi-weekly updates, I have been able to stay on task and accomplished the things that I have set out to do. I have gained so much clarity about the sort of person that I want to be. My organisation skill has massively improved, as well as my time management. On top of this, I felt like I was cared for and wasn’t judged regardless of what I said which is something that is truly a nice experience. Through the 4 sessions, I feel like I am now on the right path and have a clear direction that I can follow to reach my goals!
Is it true to say that Anne-Mette is an amazing life-coach. She is so kind, friendly and patient. The sessions with her helped me truly move forward with what I am doing and want to do further.
Working with Anne-Mette was a life-changing experience. She helped me to reach a new level in my career that I finally succeed in starting my own business practice.
Also, she helped me discover what is working for me to be more productive and how I can achieve my purposes easier. Thanks to her, I realised what actions should I take to live better.
She has shown me how to avoid criticising myself. I trust myself more than ever now. She provided me with tools, processes and plans for personal growth, especially in self-esteem. She helped me understand my highly sensitive personality, thus I fully accept myself as a worthy person. The key is to not give up, stay strong and do what I do in the way I can.

Now, I am a more confident, successful and fulfilled woman. I am doing so well since our first session. Everything is a process, and when I started this I could not stop or go back.

After I started coaching, I noticed my confidence started growing in my everyday routine, for example, I am more confident in completing assignments from university as I have a better understanding of the reasons, I am doing the work and the benefits I will get from it. Additionally, I gained more confidence in social interactions and have more confidence in dealing with annoyances that would have aggravated me in the past. Overall, I am more confident and accepting of where I am at the present and have more confidence that if I stick to a plan of what I want my future to be like I will achieve my goals.
The biggest things I have learnt from coaching, is to be more accepting of oneself! Situations occur in life but its how you respond to them that dictates your peace of mind and happiness. You can always decide how to respond. Furthermore, I have also learnt the importance of self-reflection, not only does this help you to better formulate your thoughts but it allows you to understand where you are in life now, where you want to be, and what you can do to improve.
One way I now self-reflect is through a journaling but also constant self-talk in everyday life.
I believe learning self-reflection and having a positive outlook has had the most impact on my life as these skills have enabled me to grow as a person psychologically and has enabled me to be able to look at the good in all situations. These are invaluable skills that I will continue to build on and believe will take me wherever I want in life.

I will always remember the Peace of mind I felt when having a genuine discussion about life and a feeling of calmness after the sessions that I can achieve what I set my mind to.
Coaching helped to raise my mood and energy and taught me that when I am in a lower mood that it will not last, I am becoming more accepting of this. Moreover, coaching has
taught me ways to diverge my attention into something that will raise my mood when I start to feel lower energy creeping into my life.
I was apprehensive of what it would be like, however after the first session I quickly realised that having coaching sessions can only add value to your life as it allows you to self-evaluate your life and discuss plans of how to improve your life, not many chances in life do you get the opportunity to truly have an introspective evaluation like this with someone who genuinely cares and directs the session appropriately .
I think everyone can benefit from coaching. It does not really matter where you are in life progress does not have a ceiling and you can always improve your life one way or another.
Coaching allowed me to constantly re-evaluate what is most important to me and prioritise what makes me happy in my journey.
Anne Mette is a wonderful coach! She is patient, kind, thoughtful, empathic and she put me at ease, I felt safe and she took the time to listen deeply.
Anne Mette helped me to explore my emotional world on a deeper level and she supported me to understand my reactions and what impact these were having on those around me.
I now have a better and clearer understanding of myself and as a consequence of her coaching, I am now able to make a deeper connection with those around me which was so important to me to do.

Working with Anne-Mette over a few sessions was hugely insightful, not only personally but professionally as a developing performance coach. Anne-Mette helped me work identify my saboteurs and recognise them in situations which in turn affects my level of confidence.
