Hello, I am Anne-Mette - I work alongside motivated clients to create change and transformations in themselves and in their lives.
When you choose to be you and choose your life you need a plan to make it come true. Once you have a plan, I will help you create impactful, positive habits as a part of the plan and get around any obstacle. You may discover that often the obstacle is in you mind - and so is the solution. Standing at this point the distance between your dreams and reality is what is called action.
We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them. That is why independent, committed, ambitious and resourceful clients work with me as they want to create and take responsibility for themselves and their lives.

Life is full of opportunities that we often do not see and it is my job to help you figure out which opportunities to commit to and take advantage of in order to live the life you want.
