Hello, I am Anne-Mette - I work alongside motivated clients to create change and transformations in themselves and in their lives.

When you choose to be you and choose your life you need a plan to make it come true. Once you have a plan, I will help you create impactful, positive habits as a part of the plan and get around any obstacle. You may discover that often the obstacle is in you mind - and so is the solution. Standing at this point the distance between your dreams and reality is what is called action.
We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and find ways for you to overcome them. That is why independent, committed, ambitious and resourceful clients work with me as they want to create and take responsibility for themselves and their lives.
You will be going on a journey of learning and discovery like never before and find power and resources you never knew you had.

Life is full of opportunities that we often do not see and it is my job to help you figure out which opportunities to commit to and take advantage of in order to live the life you want.
You might be looking for meaning or purpose – to really love and enjoy what you do, to really enjoy your thriving relationships and treasure your life. Be your own most empowering friend as your mind supports your heart in achieving what you most want in life.
Coaching is a creative opportunity to free yourself, to become unstuck and to move forward and deeper as you learn about yourself and your resources and grow richer in an area of your choice that you really desire.
You might have an open mind and be keen to develop and further yourself, you might previously in your life have sought therapy or counselling. You are curious, ready, drawn to and wanting to focus on moving forwards in your life towards what you love, knowing there is more to life and that life can be better.
There are many different scenarios and reasons to seek coaching with me but a strong desire and motivation for change is fundamental, and also to have an open and curious mind – to be willing to look at yourself and be honest.
